Remote Customer Service Representative (Seasonal) Work From Home

Graham Personnel Services is hiring Customer Service Representatives to support customers during one of the busiest and most exciting times of the year. This is more than just answering phonesyou'll be helping customers with online orders, product questions, promotions, returns, and creating a first-class shopping experience. As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you will:
Previous customer service, retail, hospitality, or call center experience preferred
Strong communication skills with a professional and friendly phone presence
Comfortable using multiple computer systems, browsers, and applications simultaneously
Ability to think on your feet and remain calm under pressure
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for helping customers
High School Diploma or GED required
Must live within one hour of High Point, NC
Must be available to work between 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM
Required to work one weekend day each week (Saturday or Sunday)
Holiday Availability Required Thanksgiving Day Black Friday Christmas Eve New Year's Day
