Remote Call Center (New Jersey Residents) (WFH) opportunities are available for customer-focused professionals who reside in New Jersey and are ready to support healthcare insurance open enrollment. This contract/temporary call center role is ideal for candidates with 1 to 2 years of customer service or call center experience who enjoy helping callers, solving problems, and working in a structured remote environment.
This is a great work-from-home opportunity with immediate hiring needs for a large enrollment support team. Candidates will receive training on program information, systems, call flows, and compliance procedures.
