Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated (minimum of 3-5 years in field ) Experienced HVAC Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and mechanical systems. Your expertise will ensure optimal system performance, energy efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities

• Install, service, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units, boilers, refrigeration and building automation systems.
• Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, electrical diagrams, and blueprints to diagnose issues accurately.
• Perform electrical diagnostics and troubleshoot electrical systems using tools such as ohmmeters and multimeters.
• Conduct mechanical systems repair including welding, plumbing connections, and equipment troubleshooting to ensure system integrity.
• Utilize hand tools and specialized equipment to perform routine maintenance and complex repairs efficiently.
• Diagnose issues related to HVAC/R (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning / Refrigeration) systems and implement effective solutions promptly.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards such as EPA regulations for refrigerants and proper handling of ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Collaborate with property managers or clients to assess needs and recommend appropriate HVAC design modifications or upgrades.
• Maintain detailed service records, work orders, and inspection reports to ensure accurate documentation of all activities performed.
• Support field service operations by managing equipment repairs on-site while providing excellent customer service throughout every interaction.

Experience

• Must have a minimum of 3-5 Years experience in the field. Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician or similar role with a strong background in construction experience is a plus.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC system installation, maintenance, repair procedures, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with schematics, electrical diagnostics tools (such as ohmmeters), building automation systems, and mechanical systems repair.
• Hands-on experience working with refrigeration systems—including ammonia refrigeration—and boiler operations is highly desirable.
• Mechanical knowledge encompassing plumbing skills and welding capabilities to support diverse repair needs.
• Demonstrated ability to read technical diagrams accurately and interpret complex schematics efficiently.
• Valid EPA certification for refrigerant handling; additional certifications in HVAC/R or electrical diagnostics are advantageous.
• Experience operating hand tools safely and effectively in various field environments; van driving experience is a plus.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients or property owners.
• Actual Pay based on experience
